Victor Decrion was previously a partner at Five Arrows Principal Investments, the mid-market fund of Rothschild & Co Merchant Banking, where he focused on investments in the Healthtech sector. He joined Rothschild & Co in 2008 to participate in the creation of Five Arrows, which manages the private equity activities of Rothschild & Co.

A graduate of HEC, Sciences Po Paris and the WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management (Koblenz, Germany), he practiced as a corporate lawyer in New York and Paris before joining Rothschild & Co.
