Pauline joined the Investment Team at Lauxera Capital Partners as a Principal in January 2025.

She began her career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in London before specializing in Private Equity. For three years, she worked at Clayton Dubilier & Rice in London, where she contributed to the structuring and execution of Large-Cap, multi-sector transactions (Retail, Business Services, and Healthtech). Upon returning to Paris, Pauline joined the Mid-Cap team at Montagu.

Pauline graduated from CentraleSupélec in France and also holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from University College London (UCL) in the United Kingdom.
