Pauline joined Lauxera Capital Partners as Compliance Officer and Middle Office Manager in April 2025.

She brings expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing efficient operational frameworks. Previously, she served as Customer Service Director in a med-tech company, leading global operations across 60+ markets while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Her international experience, combined with a Master’s degree in European Legal Studies from the UK and a second Master’s degree in Human Rights from Austria, gives her a unique perspective on compliance, governance and business ethics.
